Rosie’s Pale Ale perfectly balances bitter citrus fruit notes with a caramelised palate. The hop aroma gives a strong tropical fruit sensation of pink grapefruit, mango and citrus from the Chinook, Vic Secret & El Dorado hops used to dry hop the beer. The aroma is well balanced by the taste as the hop character follows through in the taste giving it a well-rounded finish. A perfectly balanced Pale Ale.
A full flavoured Munich Helles Lager. With a slightly floral aroma, the initial taste of a clean, crisp lager is followed by a hoppy, slightly floral and herbal after taste from the Saaz hops that have been late hopped in our brew house.
This is a throwback IPA with a perfect balance of sweetness and bitter hops. With initial tones of citrus-like fruit followed with a caramelised pallet, this IPA is considered strong and hoppy. Ned’s IPA is however balanced with three types of specialty malts. Cascade hops shine through in this IPA.
Dan’s Double IPA is not one to be taken lightly. This big beer weighs in at 8%. It also has a bundle of amazing hops including Cascade, Columbus, Centennial, Chinook and Mosaic. The aroma is a beautiful medley of pine and grapefruit. The taste is perfectly balanced between pine bitterness and biscuity malt. It’s a whopper of a beer!
A balanced Irish red with caramel and dark fruit undertones. Brewed with earthy Hops and a combination of Vienna and Cara Munich Malt. It has a deep colour and rich aromatic flavour.
