Accounts Administrator
Job Description
The Finance Department consists of a multi skilled three person team of Accounts Administrators who perform all activities necessary for the successful running of a modern Finance function. A vacancy has recently arisen and the company is now seeking to recruit a suitably experienced person to join the Finance Team. The successful candidate will have experience of working in Accounts. A hybrid working model is available after a completion of a successful probation.
Finance Team Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable
Raise purchase orders
Match supplier invoices to Goods Received Notes
Post supplier invoices
Reconcile supplier accounts to statements
Make payments to suppliers
Reconcile bank account for payments & receipts
Accounts Receivable
Update cash receipts daily
Post invoices, credits and monthly statements to customers
Scanning proof of deliveries in batches
Chase up overdue invoices with customers
Open new customer accounts
Collect DD’s monthly and other accounts receivable duties
Customer Service
Enter sales orders and book in orders for delivery for multiples (Tesco, Aldi, Lidl, Dunnes)
Enter sales orders received from Sales Reps and customers daily
Liaise with Warehouse Staff and Hauliers on orders/deliveries
Update customers price files and open new customer accounts
Manufacturing
Update SAGE system with stock produced and manufactured
Work with Brewing team to order raw materials and place purchase orders
Office Administration
Primary point of contact for all incoming telephone calls
Provide holiday cover for other team members
Other minor general administration duties e.g. stationery etc.
Ad hoc accounts duties as they arise

Rye River Brewing Company, one of Ireland’s leading and most influential independent craft breweries, is seeking a Warehouse Stock Controller to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
🍻 Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure system accuracy
🍻 Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliations to identify and correct discrepancies.
🍻 Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory management systems as required.
🍻 Support the Warehouse team during peak periods and annual leave cover
🍻 Recommend the storage and organisation of inventory to maximize warehouse space and operational efficiency.
🍻 Prepare and generate stock reports

BRUNCH BARREL AGED BALTIC BREAKFAST PORTER
Rye River Brewing Co. has been brewing for a decade, and we couldn’t help but celebrate BIG! Say hello to a very special barrel-aged edition of Brunch! Made in collaboration with Boann Distillery, Brunch was aged to perfection in both single malt Irish whisky and maple syrup barrels.
Coming in at 12.5%, this brew has all the warmth for a proper toast, any time of day. Sláinte to 10 amazing years and many more to come!
THE WHISTLER “FISHER IN THE RYE” DOPPELBOCK RYE CASK FINISH WHISKEY
We’re proud to introduce The Whistler “Fisher in the Rye” Doppelbock Rye Cask Finish Whiskey, a collaboration between Boann and Rye River Brewing Co.
We initially aged The Orator, our Rye Dopplebock, in Rye Whiskey casks. Lagering for 6 months, the casks were left with toasted and slightly sweet notes. After the beer was removed, the casks were then filled with a blend of single grain and single malt whiskeys from Boann, which had already undergone maturation in rye casks for 6 years. Further aging in the Doppelbock-seasoned rye casks for 18 months gave it a fusing of sweet, spicy, and malty notes.

With a punchy 5.0% ABV, this brew combines the tangy sweetness of pineapple and lime with a hint of smoky heat from habanero chili. It’s like smashing open a piñata filled with tropical goodness! Salud!
