Located in Celbridge, just 15 miles from Dublin City Centre, Rye River Brewing Co. Brewery Experience is a must see for locals and visitors. It’s a unique brewery tours of Ireland’s most modern, sustainable, independent craft brewery and a great opportunity for you to experience how our range of award winning beers are made. You will be taken through each step of the brewing process, including an explanation of how we achieve our unique taste profiles, as well as having the opportunity to taste and feel the raw ingredients used to make our beers. Following the tour is a beer sampling in our Taproom.
The tour and beer tasting costs €25 per person and includes a gift worth over €10.
Visitors with additional needs may admit one accompanying carer (with valid ID) free of charge.

I recently had the pleasure of taking the last slot on a brewery tour at the Rye River Brewery in Celbridge, Co Kildare.
I cannot recommend this tour enough. Keenly priced, promptly started and really interesting this is a must do tour for anyone interested in craft beer. The tour was packed full of information about how the brewery has developed over the last 10 years or so and we were shown the grain stores, the state of the art brewing equipment (mid brew of course!), the original brew house, the packing lines, the stores and the service equipment. We got to meet brewers who discussed the practical element to their craft and then got to taste some of the most exquisite beers I’ve tried for a long time. It is hardly surprising that this brewery is going to grow and grow so if you are interested in real craft beer and you want an experience to remember, book a slot on one of their monthly tours. You will not regret it!!!

A great experience
Unbelievable tour. The tour guide Ronan knew his stuff and did a great job explaining the history of beer, the brewing proccess aswell as the companies story. The tour lasted a bit over 2 hours, with a great variety of beers to sample at the end. I look forward to spotting Rye River products in the wild now.

Simon & Robin Rock!
Fun and informative tour of the brewery and the beer making process. A nice selection of beer tastings (McGargles amongst others) at the start and finish. Simon and Robin were very generous with their time for questions and general banter. Hopefully they'll have drinks named after them soon. Highly recommend. Lasts about 90 minutes.

Went with family and friends and it was a fantastic night out. Simon (tour guide) was great craic and really made the tour most enjoyable and entertaining.
